Staying Alive Fitness Inc. has received acclaim for the variety and quality of our diverse offerings. Our range of classes accommodate beginner to advanced levels of physical fitness and capability.
We are a full service gym. Equipment ranges from T-Zone Health Vibration Technology™ machines (known to our members as the “jiggle machines”), treadmills, elliptical & row machines, bikes, life fitness weight machines, functional trainer, and a variety of free weights, weighted balls, ropes, BOSU and stability balls. We also offer classes for those individuals who enjoy physical activity in a group setting.

CORE ACTION: An hour long class dedicated to developing a strong, stable group of core muscles. Exercises include upper and lower body with moves utilizing the core. Use of stability and bosu balls, and weights.
OUTDOOR WALKING BOOTCAMP: This class combines cardio, interval training and many other exercises using weights and/or body weight to lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency and strength, all with the benefit of enjoying the outdoors. Beginner to Advanced.
PILATES: A class that deeply engages the mind connection and aligns the core of the body with the breath. Very popular due to its rehabilitative benefits and ability to strengthen and tone the abdominals and & back. Beginner to Advanced.
PILATES FUSION: A Pilates based class blended with the elements of Yoga and Tai Chi. The class is taught in a vinyasa flow style which makes it a fluid, integrative experience. Beginner to Advanced.
RESTORATIVE PILATES: This class will work to strengthen your core, optimize joint stability, correct muscular imbalances and restore structural integrity to the body, thereby improving movement quality and overall function. You feel stronger, stretched out and rejuvenated. Beginner to Advanced.
SPIN: A great cardiovascular workout in a group setting. Motivating music, lots of laughs and calories burned! Beginner to Advanced.
SPIN/PILATES: Half Spin, half Pilates. Beginner to Advanced.
SPIN/STRENGTH/STRETCH: Three great workouts in one class! 20 minutes Spin, 20 minutes full body muscle conditioning, and 20 minutes stretching with Pilates and Yoga moves. Beginner to Advanced.
TURBULENCE TRAINING: A non-stop, one hour workout filled with cardio, plyometrics, abs blast, strength training, Pilates and Yoga. A class guaranteed to make you sweat! Intermediate to Advanced.
ZUMBA: This class features fitness moves and dance rhythms set to high-energy Latin, International and modern beats for a full body workout. It’s easy to do and is an effective, totally exhilarating, not mention a FUN-filled cardio workout. Beginner to Intermediate.
BOXFIT: Train like a boxer in this intense circuit. Combining strength, cardio, core and boxing, it is sure to make you sweat. A workout that packs a punch!
